The Big Fish Bang
The "Big Fish Bang" (2000) represents fish eggs exploding outwards from the centre of the universe. As such, the eggs get older (more developed) as they get further from the centre of the blast. The image was commissioned as the theme art for the 26th Annual Larval Fish Conference, to be held in Bergen, Norway, 22-26 June 2002.
